📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including advertising job openings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances, in a fair and professional manner.
• Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement surveys.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation using systems like BambooHR or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related communications.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs and ensure a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role or industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with HR software and systems is a strong asset.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
