📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily chemical painting operations, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to industry regulations.
• Lead a team of painters and technicians, providing guidance and training.
• Develop and implement coating processes using advanced software like AutoCAD and PaintShop Pro.
• Monitor inventory and procurement of chemical painting materials.
• Conduct quality inspections and corrective actions to maintain compliance with ISO standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize painting processes.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance painting efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical painting operations.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Certification in chemical painting techniques (e.g., SSPC, NACE) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and PaintShop Pro software.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality control principles.
