📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement personalized stretching programs for clients
• Conduct stretching sessions to improve clients' flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being
• Assess clients' needs and goals to create tailored stretching routines
• Educate clients on proper stretching techniques and form
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust stretching programs as needed
• Collaborate with other fitness professionals to ensure comprehensive client care
• Maintain a clean and organized training area
• Stay up-to-date with the latest stretching techniques and industry trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Stretch Trainer certification (e.g., ACE Certified Stretch Trainer, NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Stretch Trainer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with fitness software and tools (e.g., MyFitnessPal, Trainerize, or similar)
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed
• Passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness goals
