📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling transactions and managing cash.
• Prepare and cook Western and Asian cuisine following recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Stock and manage inventory to ensure smooth operations and minimize waste.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the dining area, including tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and discreetly.
• Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive team environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a similar multi-role environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as QuickBooks or similar.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques for both Western and Asian cuisine.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
