📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Attract and manage customer deposits through proactive sales and relationship management
• Utilize BPR Suar Artha Dharma's core banking system to process and manage customer accounts and transactions
• Monitor and report on deposit performance metrics
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
• Assist in the development and implementation of deposit products and marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the department's strategic plan
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial services, particularly in deposit management or sales
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and BPR Suar Artha Dharma's core banking system
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
