📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with facility staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve client relationships and service delivery.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction and facility operations.
• Attend and participate in regular client meetings to discuss service needs and improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facility management and client relations.
• Provide training and support to facility staff to ensure high levels of service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client account management and facility operations.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of facility management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
