• Perform routine laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, and serology.

• Assist senior technologists in complex diagnostic procedures and quality control processes.
• Document and record test results and patient information accurately and securely.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting (preferred but not required).
• Certification in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in using laboratory software such as LabSoft, Cerner, or Epic.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in test results.
