📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas for improvement.,Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Report to the management on team performance and project progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
