📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and support staff.
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.
  • Train and mentor new staff members.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and retail software.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and stock control.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
