📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and support to the company's corporate and commercial activities.,Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.,Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Advise on and manage legal matters related to business transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.,Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel to ensure timely and accurate resolution of legal issues.,Monitor and report on legal developments that may impact the company's operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to employees on legal matters and compliance requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in corporate or commercial law.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficient in using legal research tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
