📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient running.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage a team of outlet staff, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.,Conduct regular outlet audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Promote brand awareness and loyalty through effective marketing and promotional activities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent product availability and quality.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the media or FMCG sector.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing retail outlets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
