🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational processes.,Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational management software.,Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
