📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including menu selection, vendor coordination, and guest management.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are clean and ready for the next event.,Train and supervise junior banquet staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Manage banquet budgets and ensure they are spent wisely and efficiently.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in banquet areas.,Stay updated with the latest banquet trends and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet staff or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event management software and tools.,Knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
