📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design process for our digital health products, from concept to final delivery.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are technically feasible and meet business objectives.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.,Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across our products.,Mentor and guide junior designers in the team.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies in the healthcare industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.,Proven experience leading design teams and projects.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.,Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.,Experience in the healthcare or digital health industry is a plus.
