Manage a team of medical representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.,Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell pharmaceutical products effectively.,Conduct market analysis and research to identify opportunities and trends in the healthcare industry.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Attend and participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote our products.,Provide training and development opportunities for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.,Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products is a plus.
