📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and managing a small team of employees.,Ensuring that team members understand their roles and responsibilities.,Monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback.,Delegating tasks and resources effectively.,Assisting in the development of team members.,Participating in team meetings and providing updates to management.,Ensuring that team members adhere to company policies and procedures.,Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in any field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to travel to various locations within Kalimantan Barat.
