📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the HR team in other administrative tasks as needed.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills.
