📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure and security.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and systems.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
