📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct in-depth analysis of cross-border economic, social, and geopolitical trends using advanced data analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize key insights and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data from various sources, including government reports, market research, and industry publications.
• Identify opportunities and risks in the border regions, providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and workshops to discuss findings and align on strategic initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments in data analytics and regional strategy.
• Provide training and support to junior analysts on data analysis techniques and tools.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, including GDPR and local data protection laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Geography, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in economic and geopolitical analysis.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Experience with statistical software such as R or Python.
• Strong understanding of cross-border economic and social dynamics in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Certification in data analytics or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
