📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks.,Support the IT team in implementing new technologies and software.,Provide technical support to employees, ensuring minimal downtime.,Monitor system performance and report any issues to the IT manager.,Assist in data backup and recovery processes.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.,Maintain IT documentation and keep it up-to-date.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and basic networking concepts.,Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux).,Basic understanding of programming languages (Python, Java, etc.) is a plus.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
