📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the camp.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to achieve high service standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage budgets and financial performance.,Organize and lead team-building activities and training sessions.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and budgets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
