📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process,Maintain a strong candidate database and proactively engage with potential candidates to build a talent pipeline,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition,Provide feedback and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus
