Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and grow the leasing portfolio by identifying and attracting high-quality tenants.Negotiate leases and ensure compliance with lease agreements and regulations.Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the retail space and attract potential tenants.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new leasing opportunities.Collaborate with property managers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the retail space.Provide exceptional customer service to retail partners and address their concerns and needs.Analyze leasing performance and provide insights to improve leasing strategies.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail leasing.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably in a high-traffic shopping mall or retail destination.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proven track record of successfully managing and growing leasing portfolios.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of local market trends and retail industry.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.🛠️ Keahlian
