🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and processes.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
