YIELD Berjaya is seeking a Lead Training Officer to oversee and manage our training programs. As a Lead Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Assess training needs and design training materials and resources.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs meet their needs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
