📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, staffing, and quality control.,Perform complex laboratory tests and analyze results to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians to maintain high standards of performance.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functionality.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date laboratory records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality control.,Experience in regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
