🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
